Honey glazed ham

Print this recipe
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 3 hours
Serves: 8 to 10
1- 8 pound fully cooked spiral sliced ham
1 ½ cups of brown sugar
1 cup of honey
½ tsp of ground cloves
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place your ham, cut side down, in your pan. Wrap the ham completely with foil and heat for about 90 minutes until the meat is heated through.
3. In a heated sauce pan add your brown sugar, honey, and a pinch of cloves.
4. Heat the ingredients until the sugar begins to dissolve. Stir the mixture continually to keep the sugar from burning.
5. Pour your sugar and honey mixture slowly over the top of your ham. Move slices apart to allow the honey and sugar mixture to melt into the crevices.
6. Place your ham in the oven, uncovered, for 30 mins, basting with the juices every 10 minutes.
Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
Pro tip: Use a disposable pan for your ham. The sugar on the glaze can burn on the pan, and you don't want to ruin your beautiful kitchen set!
